The World At Large
Add a +1 +2 or +3 to a die roll
When a player does anything in the game, they have the option to describe what they are doing in detail. If they do so, they are rewarded either with a +1 +2 or +3 towards the roll. The bonus given is based on how well they set the scene. (The difficulty of getting a +1 +2 or +3 should be based on how good the person is at descriptions, not based on other player’s or GM’s skill at it).
The point of this is to take some of the payload off of the GM to always be the one to make game flavorful. As well as, at least for me, to create a more interesting and rewarding combat experience. You have to sometimes throw out the book to make this happen, but that is what the Luck Roll is for. -_^
